These terms cover campaign creation, printing, and distribution services provided by DoorHangers.org.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for activity under your account. Campaigns may be paused if account details are incomplete or payment fails.
No artwork is sent to print until you approve the proof. Once approved, the file is locked for production and changes may require a new order.
Printing is fulfilled through wholesale print partners. Minor color variation between screen and press output is normal and is not grounds for reprint.
Distribution is physical door-to-door hanging and is not USPS mail delivery. Hangers are never placed in or on mailboxes. Distributors skip no-solicitation properties, gated communities, and inaccessible addresses; those doors are reported and credited where quantities fall short.
Orders are charged at checkout. Because print work is custom, orders cannot be refunded once production begins. Undelivered distribution quantities are credited or refunded after route reconciliation.
You warrant that you own or license all logos, images, and claims in your artwork, and that your offer complies with applicable advertising, political disclosure, and consumer-protection law.
Our aggregate liability for any campaign is limited to the amount paid for that campaign. We do not guarantee response rates, leads, or sales.
